At Ashland Consulting we offer several different implementations of our services to cater to all
your IT Management and IT Support needs. All our services are available outside of the service plans
at a base hourly rate.
By signing up for our Premier Service Plan your company will notice a larger overall improvement in
your technology performance due to the preventative maintenance and dedicated time we are able to continually provide to you on a
day-to-day basis. Our Premier Service Plan is also far more cost effective by offering your organization a very large, almost
unlimited, pool of hours at a fixed monthly cost.
Finally, we have a Limited Service Plan that we have implemented for Not For Profit Organizations that offers the same benefits as
our Premier Service Plan at a reduced cost.
All Ashland Consulting IT management and computer support services are available across Canada and the United States in both currencies.
Premier Service Plan
The benefits of signing up for our Premier Service Plan are endless. Not only will you notice immediate benefits, but by
allowing us to manage the technical infrastructure of your day-to-day operations we will reduce the possibility of
technical glitches that could otherwise slow down or halt office production. We will rid you of any hassles due to software
updates, security issues, hardware upgrades, or troubleshooting computer problems on your own again, in turn freeing up
more business time and resources for other more important work. We will guarantee that all your routine tech maintenance
gets done and that support is readily available to you when the unforeseen happens as easily as a click on an icon on
your desktop away.
The Premier Service Plan also offers you with a complimentary IT management and computer support team that will make it their dedicated
purpose to know your business and staff, your priorities, and how to best implement and recommend technologies and services suited
to your unique operations. Ashland will provide you with a suite of applications to protect against viruses and malicious software
that are monitored and updated by our servers and our dedicated teams. Our Premier Service Plan also includes
the costs of all remote and security software that provides secured remote access for you, your staff, and our IT management and
IT support teams.
We will take this service one step farther by being at readies notice to help you and your staff locate, install and configure software or hardware
for your computers. Realizing that business isn’t all about the technology, our IT management and computer support teams will provide
troubleshooting and technical recommendation for all your users and staff that will allow you to better allocate your time and resources so your
business will can run more efficiently.
Limited Service Plan (Registered Not For Profits)
At Ashland we realize that Not For Profit organizations are just as important as every organization out there and usually operate
with a fraction of the budget. We also recognize that Not For Profits tend to use much less resources as For Profits. For these
reasons we created our Limited Service Plan which offers the same great benefits as our Premier Service Plan at a reduced rate.
Hourly Rate
Not ready to take the plunge with our service plans? That's perfectly fine! Our IT management and computer support teams accept hourly
work as well. We will show you how effective our services will be and how cost efficient our service plans are one hour at a time.
